01 · Membership & responsible use
Register with an email address you control and activate your membership using the emailed verification link. Keep your password private. Administrative access also requires its security verification.
Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate people, harass others, distribute malware, upload illegal material, infringe intellectual property or misuse the platform. You must have legal capacity to make purchases; minors need a parent or guardian’s permission.
02 · Marketplace & seller responsibility
The member marketplace is an advertising platform, not an escrow, payment intermediary or party to member-to-member sales. Layla Mining does not guarantee members’ goods, delivery, warranties, refunds or transactions. Buyers and sellers must verify each other, agree payment and delivery terms and resolve their transaction responsibilities directly.
Listings require accurate descriptions, real product images, condition, quantity, location, price and valid contact details. Counterfeit goods, scams, duplicate spam and misleading listings are prohibited. Publication is subject to moderation. A gold verification badge means an administration-approved partner; it is not a guarantee for an individual transaction.
New approved listings may generate an email and a one-time on-site alert for eligible members. Email notification preferences can be changed through the link provided with the notification.
03 · Points, payments & no refunds
Marketplace points pay for platform advertising services. They are not money, cryptocurrency, an investment or a withdrawable balance. The current purchase minimum is 100 USDT; 1 USDT buys 1 point; submitting an advertisement costs 50 points. Confirm the amount and current instructions in Buy Points before paying.
Send only USDT on the TRC20 network to the address displayed in your account. Submit the transaction identifier and your transaction screenshot. Points are added only after administration verifies the transfer; a screenshot alone is not payment confirmation.
Point purchases are final and non-refundable, and points cannot be redeemed for cash. Deleting an advertisement does not return its points. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Report duplicate charges or service errors for investigation.
04 · Game, fair play & simulated taxes
Mining World is an educational simulation. Its credits, coins, equipment prices, weather, income and bills are fictional. Game balances are separate from paid marketplace points and have no cash value or withdrawal facility.
Play fairly: no bots, automation for unfair advantage, exploit abuse, manipulated requests, duplicated rewards or account farming. Report bugs instead of exploiting them. Administrators may play but are excluded from competitive leaderboards.
Players owning more than 20 mining machines incur a fictional government operating tax of 10% on eligible new gross mining income. Sold machines are excluded. The tax is shown in Income & bills; it is not a real-world government payment. Previously recorded earnings and bills are not retroactively taxed.
05 · Academy, news & LaylaGPT
Educational material, hardware reviews and AI responses are not financial, legal, tax or certified electrical advice. Prices and specifications change; check current manufacturer information and consult qualified professionals before hazardous work or financial decisions.
LaylaGPT can make mistakes. Messages and attached text or images are processed by the configured AI provider, currently NVIDIA, to answer you and are stored with your account for conversation history. Never submit passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or sensitive information you do not have permission to share.
06 · Privacy & account data
We use registration and profile data to run your account, game records to maintain progress, and listing/payment information to operate moderation and points. Public seller profiles, listings and selected profile fields are visible to other visitors; login email addresses, payment screenshots and private conversations are not public profile content.
Authorized administrators and service providers process information needed for hosting, email delivery, security and AI responses. Operational and security records are retained as necessary for these purposes and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; retention required for security, disputes or law may still apply.
08 · Moderation, suspension & appeals
Violating these rules, fraud or cheating may lead to removal of listings, restrictions, suspension or a permanent ban. We may investigate relevant account, transaction and gameplay records and act immediately where needed to protect the community.
Appeals and reports can be sent to info@laylamining.com with the relevant listing or account reference; never send passwords. Policy updates will be dated here. Nothing in these rules limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
