Legal · Marketplace

Marketplace rules for sellers, buyers and moderation.

Listings must be accurate, lawful and safe; trust badges, payment credits and moderation do not guarantee a transaction or device.

Layla Mining provides a moderated listing venue.

The platform is not the seller, buyer, escrow service, insurer or equipment inspector unless a future service explicitly says otherwise. Users remain responsible for verification and lawful transactions.

Accurate listings

Model, condition, ownership, location, price and images must not mislead or omit known material defects.

Immutable evidence

Core submitted content is locked so disputes can be reviewed against what was actually published.

Enforcement

Reports may lead to review, rejection, suspension or removal under documented moderator permissions.
